7. Place an order workflow

1. Buyer Searches Products

• Search for product, communicate with CS officer
• Add to Cart

2. Buyer Places Order

• Sign in or Register
• Fill in Shipping Address and Billing Address
• Choose Shipping Method
• Payment and Confirmation

3. Buyer Pays FonderPay

FonderPay will hold the payment until buyer authorizes its release to supplier.

4. Supplier Ships Order

When the payment is confirmed, we will arrange shippment and collect the merchandise from supplier, buyer will get tracking information.

5. Buyer Confirm Delivery

Bubyer receives merchandise, checks quality and quantity of item(s) and confirm delivery.

6. FonderPay Pays Supplier

• Buyer comfirms the delivery
• Completes order
• Buyer gives feedback and product review
• Payment is released to supplier
