All payments made on Fonder are safe and protected:

  • Your payment will not be released to supplier and always held with FonderPay before you confirm satisfactory delivery of your order.
  • And you can request a refund if our procurement unit or partner supplier didn't deliver your merchandise on time or as described.
• • When you pay your order by CreditCard
  • we will not reveal your card details to any of our suppliers.
  • Your card information are protected through procedural and technical safeguards against losses or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure,including encryption,firewalls and SSL(Secure Socket Layers).

We maximumly limit access to your card details only employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact it in order to do their jobs.
