4. Total Shipping Time

Total shipping time = items processing time + delivery time

• order processing time
• shipping method ( delivery time )
• the distance between your merchandise and where you are located ( delivery time)

1. Items processing Time:

The processing time is the time that takes for the supplier to prepare the item(s) for shipment, which is starting from when the buyer makes a payment of the order to when the the merchandise is shipped out. It does not include the delivery time.

The processing time may vary for different items. Average processing time is 1 to 15 working days; however, this may also vary with the item’s stock status.

Also, delivery may be delayed for holidays or natural accidents. If you want to know the accurate total shipping time, you could communicate with the customer service about shipping and service details by clicking "Ask question" inside your order detail page. You will get reply within 24 hrs.

2. Shipping Method:

Delivery time varies with shipping method.

• • Ocean freight
  • 5 to 35 days depend on the distance goods and destinations.
• • Air freight
  • 2 to 5 days depends on the type of air freight service you choose: urgent or economical
  • Even for urgent air freight, it will also depend on the shipping company, For example: DHL UPS and FedEx takes 2-4 days while EMS takes 7-10 days.
• • Road and rail freight
  • 1 to 5 days
  • It is often used only for domestic shippment, or between countries across Europe, parts of CIS, North Africa and the Middle East.
• • the distance between your goods and its destination.
  • If you are using ocean freight instead of air freight, the distance will be a main fact for the delivery time.
  • For example: Your goods is in China, shipping by ocean frieght, If you are in asia countries like Japan or Singapore, you will receive it within a few days , maximum 10 days.But if you are in uk, france, it may need more than 20 days.If you are in south america it may need 35 days.
