1. Cancellation

A) Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order straightaway if your order payment has not been confirmed yet.
  • You can send a request to cancel your order by clicking "Cancel and Refund" button on order page if your order payment has been confirmed,yet the goods not been shipped. You need to wait the approval from our order processing unit/supplier.

If your request is approved, the order status will be changed to “Cancelled" with a message of "Refund Agreement Is Reached". Fonder will arrange refund with 2 working days.

If your order is already being prepared, packed or made, your request might be declined because of the cost incurred by being stopped at this stage. And in this case you will receive a proposal of partial refund for your approval.

B) Why was my order cancelled?

There are a few cases under which your order may be cancelled and refunded

  • the item listed with a mistake.
  • No more stock for the item.
  • The supplier wasn't be able to send out items within the specified processing time

C) How long can I get refund after my order was cancelled?

  • Payment by credit card
    After we confirmed the refund action is done, you need to wait maximum 5 working days to see the amount reflected on your bank account due to the procedure within the banks..
  • Payment by TT(Telegraphic Transfer)
    the situation is similar to credit card payment, 3~5 working days after we make the refund.
