Fonder's Satisfaction Guarantee consists of 2 parts.

  • Before you confirm the delivery with satisfaction, your payment is hold with FonderPay and will NOT be released to our procurement units or partner suppliers.
  • Refunds are available when you're not satisfied.
• • Dispute protection:
