2. Under what condition should I file a dispute?

You should open a dispute when

  • The item that you ordered did not arrive within estimated delivery period
  • The item that you received is not as described

Yet you are not eligible for Satisfaction Guarantee if:

  • You claimed you did not receive your order whilst when the shipping company’s records showed you did
  • You claimed the order that you received is not as described, whilst it is shown otherwise by the supplier
