3. How does our Satisfaction Guarantee work for you?
When you are unhappy with your order, you can

- Open a dispute through a link "Dispute" within your "order details" under your account
- ( login into your account though url: http://user.fonder.com )
 
- Our customer service will contact you within 24 hours
- liaise between you and your order relevant parties ( 1. fonder procurement unit/partner supplier, 2.shipping agent,3.customs clearance agent ) to proposal an acceptable resolution for both parties.
 
- Still no agreement reached? Escate the claim to FonderPay for arbitration.
- FonderPay is an independant department who is in charge of all payment matters as well as dispute arbitration, with a mission to discipline all involved parties in a transaction at dispute arbitration stage.
- Submit all relevant document to FonderPay.
