3. How does our Satisfaction Guarantee work for you?

    • liaise between you and your order relevant parties ( 1. fonder procurement unit/partner supplier, 2.shipping agent,3.customs clearance agent ) to proposal an acceptable resolution for both parties.
    • Still no agreement reached? Escate the claim to FonderPay for arbitration.
    • FonderPay is an independant department who is in charge of all payment matters as well as dispute arbitration, with a mission to discipline all involved parties in a transaction at dispute arbitration stage.
    • Submit all relevant document to FonderPay.
