Return Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to the warehouse for a full refund. Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt, un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable) and must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items here. Your refund is the total value of the order after the deduction of the shipping fee of the order.

 

All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it's packed up properly so that it won't get damaged on the way! You can re-use the mailer bag in which you received the parcel or any other box or wrapper that ensures the returned items are properly secured during the shipping process.

 

We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

I need to return an item, but I don't have the original FONDER packaging. What now?

Don’t fret if you don’t have our original FONDER packaging (the FONDER-branded box or mailer bag) as you can still return the item but please wrap it, so that the original brand packaging and the returned items do not get damaged.

Checklist

  1. Is item within 7 days of receipt?
  2. Are the tags still intact on the items?
  3. Are the items in the same condition as when it was received?
  4. Is the item still in its original brand packaging?

 

Process

If you would like to return your parcel, simply:

  1. Complete and submit the returns form online that can be found in your order detail from i.fonder.com.
  2. Once the returns form have been submitted, please check your email for the returns confirmation slip.
  3. Pack your return item(s) in a box or a sealed mailer bag and insert the returns confirmation slip into the parcel.
  4. Send your parcel at your nearest post office's counter or you may personally send it to the following address:
